Warehouse stock means the trader has already purchased material from the mill and holds it in inventory. The material comes with the original mill MTC. The trader cuts to size, marks the pieces, and prepares export packaging. This model is standard for trial orders, mixed-grade shipments, and urgent requirements.
Neither model is inherently better. They serve different stages of the procurement cycle.
