General Terms of Cooperation

1. Company Qualification & Product Standard

Sichuan Liaofu Special Steel Co., Ltd. is a professional smelting & forging factory, not a trading company. All steel products comply with global mainstream standards: ASTM, DIN, GB, JIS, EN. Each batch of goods supports full physical & chemical testing, and we can provide original factory MTR material test certificates, SGS/Intertek third-party inspection reports for customs clearance and incoming factory inspectionmsspl.co.

2. MOQ & Mixed Consolidation Rule

• Standard round bar, flat plate, finished steel stock: MOQ = 50KG per grade
• Custom vacuum smelting, large forgings, special size processing: MOQ = 1 Ton

Consolidation service support: Multiple different steel grades can be mixed to fill one full container to reduce your procurement cost, no extra consolidation fee charged.

3. Sample Service Policy

• Small lab test samples (≤1kg): Free of material cost; buyers only bear international express freight (DHL/FedEx/TNT).
• Medium & bulk trial samples (10–500kg): Charge cost price of steel material, freight at buyer's expense.
• Custom forged samples per your drawing: Calculate production cost separately based on size & material.
• Sample delivery cycle: Stock samples ship within 3 working days; custom samples 7–10 working days.

4. Quotation & Pricing Terms

All quotations are based on FOB main Chinese ports (Shanghai, Ningbo, Tianjin, Qingdao) by default, Incoterms®2020 standard appliesContinenta.... CIF/CFR price can be provided upon customer's request.

• Quotation validity: 15 natural days. If order placement exceeds validity period, prices will be recalculated according to raw material market fluctuation.

Prices exclude import tariff, local tax, destination port clearance fee, inland delivery cost of buyer's country.

5. Payment Terms (Only T/T Wire Transfer Supported)

• Bulk formal order: 30% T/T deposit to start production; 70% balance paid against copy of Bill of Lading before shipment.
• Small trial sample order: 100% prepayment before sample delivery.

Bank information will be issued on official proforma invoice with company seal; we do not accept personal private account transfer for bulk orders.

6. Production Lead Time & Delivery

• In-stock standard steel: 3–7 working days for packing & shipment
• Conventional forging & heat treatment custom orders: 10–18 working days
• Vacuum remelting special alloy / super duplex steel customized smelting orders: 20–28 working days

We will send production progress photos/videos to customers every 5 days during mass production.

After shipment, full shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, MTR test report, B/L copy) will be sent to customer within 24 hours.

7. Packing Standard for Sea Transportation

All steel adopts full anti-rust sea packing: Anti-rust oil + waterproof kraft paper + plastic film + solid wooden case / steel strip bundling. For long-term ocean transport over 30 days, extra desiccant anti-rust bags will be added free of charge to avoid surface oxidation.

8. Third-Party Inspection Rules

Customers can arrange third-party inspectors (SGS, Intertek, BV) to inspect goods at our factory before shipment, we fully cooperate with sampling, hardness test, spectrum analysis, dimension measurement.

If inspection fails due to unqualified material performance caused by our production, we reproduce new goods free of charge and bear all re-production & re-shipping cost.

Inspection fees shall be borne by the buyer unless unqualified products are confirmed as factory production defects.

9. After-Sales Quality Warranty

Customers must raise written quality objection within 14 days after goods arrive at destination port, and provide test data, photos or video evidence for verificationBlue Blade.... Objections beyond 14 days will not be accepted.

If material chemical composition, mechanical hardness, tensile strength fail to meet agreed standard: We provide free remanufacturing, replacement or full refund of defective batch payment.

Not covered under warranty: Damage caused by customer's improper heat treatment, wrong cutting/welding operation, improper storage, secondary processing modification.

10. Order Modification & Cancellation

Buyers can modify size, quantity, steel grade within 48 hours after paying deposit, without extra cost.

Order cancellation after 48 hours of deposit payment: We will deduct raw material loss & processing labor cost from the deposit as compensation.

If we cannot deliver goods on time due to our own production delay, we will negotiate compensation plan with buyers proactively.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for breach of contract caused by uncontrollable factors including natural disasters, national policy adjustment, port lockdown, raw material supply suspension, international logistics route interruption. Affected party shall inform the other side within 3 working days and provide official supporting documents.

12. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All customer custom drawings, mold parameters, special processing technical requirements provided by buyers are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third-party competitors without written consent. All website texts, production videos, steel technical manuals belong to Liaofu Special Steel; unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This cooperation term and all sales contracts are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, following Incoterms®2020 international trade practicealllandste....

All disputes shall first be resolved via friendly email/WhatsApp negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission) for arbitration in English; arbitration award is final and binding for both parties.

14. Term Revision Right

Liaofu Special Steel reserves the right to update these cooperation terms without prior notice; the latest version published on this website shall prevail for all new orders.
