High temperature resistance of 201, 304, and 310S stainless steel

May 24, 2023 Leave a message

The heat resistance issue of 201 stainless steel is 315 degrees, which is not a high-temperature resistant material.

The upper limit temperature for 304 stainless steel is 650 degrees Celsius. If the limit temperature is exceeded, heavy metals will precipitate. Heating the stainless steel beyond the entire degree will cause creep, and the material will also begin to deform

310s stainless steel can withstand high temperatures, with a chromium metal content of 25 and nickel metal content of 20. With high nickel and high chromium content, 310s has excellent creep strength, can be used continuously at high temperatures, and is not prone to deformation. It can continue to withstand high temperatures of 1200 degrees Celsius.
