Sichuan Liaofu Special Steel Trading Co., Ltd., a China-based special steel distributor and exporter, has expanded its standing inventory of D6AC ultra-high strength steel and 45CrNiMo1V alloy structural steel round bar. The move is intended to support overseas buyers who need trial quantities, mixed-grade shipments, and shorter lead times than direct mill orders typically allow.
The newly stocked material includes D6AC black surface round bar in the hot-rolled condition and 45CrNiMo1V round bar sourced from Baosteel. Both grades are supplied with the original mill test certificate, including full chemistry, mechanical properties, and heat number traceability. D6AC certificates also report gas content and grain size where required by the mill specification.
"Customers in aerospace, oil and gas, and heavy machinery often need to validate a grade before committing to a full production run," said a company representative. "By holding stock of D6AC and 45CrNiMo1V, we can ship trial quantities quickly, provide cut-to-size service, and supply the same original mill MTC they would receive from a direct mill purchase."
Sichuan Liaofu Special Steel Trading Co., Ltd. operates strictly as a trading distributor. The company does not melt steel, does not operate an in-house laboratory, and does not generate independent fatigue or other material test data. All performance data is taken from the producing mill's original documentation.
The expanded inventory serves customers in Western Europe, Eastern Europe, North America, Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, with domestic operations focused on Southwest China. Export packaging, including wooden crates, shipping marks, and moisture barriers, is available as standard.
