Manufacturing Process

Nondestructive Testing: Techniques such as ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, and magnetic particle testing are used to detect internal defects in the pipe, ensuring its integrity.
Mechanical Property Testing: Samples are taken from the pipe to test its tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and hardness to verify that the material meets the required mechanical property standards.
Corrosion Resistance Testing: The pipe may undergo corrosion resistance tests in specific environments to evaluate its ability to withstand corrosion and ensure its suitability for different applications.
