Heat treatment technology
Spheroidizing annealing: The ideal spheroidizing structure can be obtained by 850 ° C heating, oil cold quenching, short time isothermal spheroidizing process (790 ° C heating 25Min, rapid cooling to 680 ° C heat preservation 1H, furnace cooling to 500 ° C heat extraction). The normal quenching temperature of 60Si2Mn steel is 850 degrees ~870 degrees, and the oil is cold. Tempering temperature depends on the hardness requirements of die parts, such as
400 degrees tempering, hardness 46HRC;
500 degrees tempering, hardness 40HRC;
600 degrees temper, hardness 34HRC.
In 150~160 degrees of tempering performance to get the best match, attention must avoid 300 degrees of tempering brittle area. The requirements of high toughness of the mold, the requirements of good dimensional stability of measuring tools, tempering temperature can be raised to about 250 degrees, hardness of 55~60HRC, has better toughness.
