Standards and Composition
●1.2080 steel complies with the DIN 17350 standard. K100 is the equivalent grade, with a 1:1 match in composition and performance.
●Key chemical composition (ensuring machining stability):
Carbon (C): 1.40 ;1.60%
Chromium (Cr): 11.50 ;13.00%
Molybdenum (Mo): 0.40 0.60%
Vanadium (V): 0.15 0.30%
●Mechanical properties: Hardness HRC 58 62 (after quenching); impact toughness ≥12 J/cm². Suitable for applications requiring high wear resistance and corrosion-resistant machining.
