Physical Properties
Density: Approximately 8.08 - 8.14 g/cm³.
Melting Point: Between 1311 - 1366℃.
Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: It has a moderate coefficient of thermal expansion, which can maintain good dimensional stability at different temperatures and reduce the stress and deformation caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Electrical and Thermal Conductivity: It has good electrical and thermal conductivity, which can meet the heat transfer and electrical conduction requirements in some special working conditions.
Mechanical Properties
High Strength: After solution treatment and age hardening treatment, the Incoloy 925 alloy round plate has high tensile strength and yield strength. Generally, its tensile strength can reach above 965MPa, and the yield strength can reach above 758MPa.
Good Ductility: The elongation rate can generally reach more than 20%, which enables the alloy round plate to withstand a certain degree of deformation without cracking during processing and use.
High Hardness: It has a relatively high hardness, which can reach below HRC38, and has good wear resistance, making it suitable for some occasions requiring wear resistance.
Corrosion Resistance

Processing and Forming Properties
Hot Working Properties: The Incoloy 925 alloy round plate has good plasticity at high temperatures and can be formed through hot working processes such as hot forging and hot rolling, and can be made into products of various sizes and shapes.
Cold Working Properties: It can also be cold worked, such as cold rolling and cold drawing. Through cold working, the strength and hardness of the alloy can be further improved, and a better surface quality can be obtained. However, during the cold working process, attention needs to be paid to controlling the processing parameters to avoid generating excessive processing stress.
Welding Properties: This alloy has good welding properties and can be welded using a variety of welding methods, such as tungsten inert gas welding and gas metal arc welding. The properties of the welded joint can meet the usage requirements.
