Its maximum operating temperature in air can reach 1250°C, exhibiting excellent oxidation resistance, sulfur resistance, and carburization resistance. The chemical composition of this material predominantly consists of chromium (Cr), aluminum (Al), and other trace elements; specifically, the chromium content ranges from 23.0% to 26.0%, while the aluminum content varies between 4.5% and 6.5%. Owing to its outstanding performance coupled with cost-effectiveness, 0Cr25Al5 finds extensive applications in industrial electric furnaces, household appliances, and various other sectors.
