21CrMoV5-11 1.8070 Steel Flat Round Bar

21CrMoV5-11 is a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel with the DIN standard designation 1.8070, formerly known as Atrix 231. It is a upgraded version of 21CrMoV5-7, featuring a higher molybdenum content (1.0-1.2%) that enhances its heat resistance and creep performance significantly. Our flat round bars are manufactured through advanced forging, hot rolling, and precision processing technologies, ensuring uniform structure, stable performance, and strict dimensional accuracy to meet the diverse needs of overseas customers.

The main applications of these grades of steel are rotors of steam turbines, rotor blades, shaft forgings, reservoirs and 21CrMoV5-11 barrel, covers for up to 550 ℃ temperatures, nuts, tubes for high temperatures up to 540 ℃.

 

Processing & Delivery Conditions

Hot Forging: Initial forging temperature 1100°C, final forging temperature 850°C, forging ratio ≥ 4:1

Heat Treatment: Normalized, annealed, or quenched & tempered (QT) as required; stress relief treatment available

Surface Condition: Ground, turned, polished, or shot-blasted (customizable based on application needs)

Delivery Standard: DIN EN 10269, ASTM, AISI, BS, JIS (compliant with international quality standards)
