HSS can be divided into two categories: high speed steel and super high speed steel.
High-speed steel refers to tungsten steel, cobalt tungsten steel, molybdenum tungsten steel, molybdenum tungsten cobalt steel, these steel strength, hardness, toughness and wear resistance are very high, so can be used to manufacture a variety of tools, drills, milling cutters and so on.
Super high-speed steel refers to tungsten molybdenum cobalt steel, tungsten molybdenum cobalt titanium steel, tungsten molybdenum cobalt chromium titanium steel, etc. These steels have higher strength, hardness and thermal stability, so they can be used to manufacture high-speed cutting tools, CNC tools, etc.

1) High-performance HSS-E: This type of HSS is made using a special composition of M2 steel, which has a higher hardness rating (HRC 66-69) than regular HSS.
