Nimonic 80A (UNS N07080/W) Nr.2.4952) is a nickel-chromium alloy, but it is made precipitate-hardening by adding aluminum and titanium. 80a alloy has good corrosion and oxidation resistance, high tensile and creep fracture properties at temperatures up to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit, excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, high strength and creep fracture properties. It is used in the manufacture of high-temperature components, turbine blades, jet engine injector, Marine engine cylinder heads and pipes, reactors and furnaces in the chemical industry and nuclear reactor components, and is widely used in various fields of aviation, aerospace, mechanical manufacturing, energy, chemical industry and other industries.
