Material Composition
Maraging steel is a family of low-carbon, high-nickel alloys strengthened through a unique age-hardening process. Key elements include:
Nickel (18-25%): Provides exceptional toughness and ductility.
Cobalt, Molybdenum, Titanium: Enhance strength and hardness during aging.
Carbon (<0.03%): Minimizes carbide formation for superior dimensional stability.
