A: For a custom frame, we can produce a single sample, but the unit cost is higher because we set up the tooling and welding for one piece. For standard MTB, road, or BMX geometry, we sometimes have demo frames available. Tell us the type, size, and finish you want, and we will quote both sample and bulk pricing. Most customers start with one sample to check the ride feel and weld quality before placing a larger order.

A: We can adjust tube lengths, head tube angle, seat tube angle, chainstay length, and bottom bracket height within reasonable limits. Send us your geometry chart or a bike you want to replicate. Our R&D team will review it and tell you what is possible with our existing molds and tube bending tools. Full custom geometry is available, but it adds design time and may require new tooling.

A: The 1.5 kg figure is for a medium-size frame with hand brushed finish. Sand blasting adds almost nothing. Anodizing adds a few grams. Weight varies by size and tube selection. For a large frame, expect around 1.6 kg. We can weigh the finished frame and report the actual number before shipping. If you need a specific weight target, tell us and we will choose tube wall thickness accordingly.

A: We TIG weld in an argon-purged chamber to prevent oxidation. After welding, we inspect the weld beads and can send you close-up photos before finishing. If you want, we can also ship the frame in raw welded condition so your local builder can check alignment and then send it for finish. Most customers prefer us to complete the finish, but the option is there.

A: The MTB frame carries a 5-year warranty. Road and BMX frames carry 6 years. The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as weld cracks, tube failures, and dropouts. It does not cover crash damage, abuse, or normal wear. We need photos and a description of the failure to process a claim. If the frame is defective, we repair or replace it. Shipping costs are shared depending on the case.

A: We test our frames in-house for static load and fatigue, but we do not publish a full test report for every model. If you need third-party verification for your market, we can arrange SGS or BV testing at your cost. Tell us the standard you need to meet, such as ISO 4210 or EN 14766, and we will confirm what testing is possible and the lead time.
