Performance characteristics:

High carbon, high chromium type letenite steel, with good hardenability and good wear resistance. Because the carbon mass fraction in the steel can reach up to 2.30%, the steel becomes hard and brittle, so the south toughness is poor, almost can not withstand the larger impact load, easy to crack, and easy to form uneven eutectic carbide.

Application: For the manufacture of cold stamping dies and punches with small impact load and high wear resistance, cold cutting and cutting blades of hard and thin metal, drill sleeves, gauges, wire drawing dies, stamping dies, wire rolling plates, drawing dies and screw rolling dies.
