80CrV2 is a blade-grade tool steel featuring an optimized composition of 0.75%–0.85% carbon, 1.00%–1.30% chromium, and 0.15%–0.30% vanadium. Refined through Electro-Slag Remelting (ESR), sulfur content is controlled to ≤ 0.005%, resulting in uniformly distributed carbide particles (≤ 8 μm). Its key performance attributes include:
