ar500 Abrasion Resistant Steel Plate
Compared with ordinary carbon steel plates and general alloy steel plates, AR500 abrasion resistant steel plate has obvious advantages in comprehensive performance. Its wear resistance is 2-3 times that of ordinary low-alloy steel plates, and its strength is more than 3 times that of ordinary carbon steel plates, which can significantly extend the service life of equipment. It has good toughness while maintaining high hardness, can withstand certain impact and bending without cracking, and even large-thickness AR500 plates can achieve 180-degree bending under reasonable process control. In addition, it has good weldability and machinability; preheating to an appropriate temperature before welding can ensure the welding quality, and it can be processed into various sizes and shapes through cutting, bending, drilling and other processes to meet the diverse needs of different application scenarios.
