Unless otherwise specified, D2 tool steel covered by this specification shall be made by an electric melting process.It shall be made from ingots or slabs that have been reduced in cross section in such a manner to such a degree as to ensure proper refinement of the solidification structure.


Ultrasonic Quality:

D2  SKD11 Tool steel will be ultrasonically tested at appropriate stages of the manufacture to ensure the quality,when and as agreed upon between seller and purchaser.

1.What is the Small QTY Process Charge?

It is the payment for custonmer whose order qty is less then Min Order Qty.Because small qty of products should be processed same in the production flow as big qty and the average cost would get much higher then gones.So there is small Qty Process Charge to ensure the profit of our factory and ususlly the amount of it is about $250.00.

2.Could the steel be customized for us?

Yes.We are the professional manufacturer which has rich experience in Precision Seamless Steel Sheet manufacturing.We could print the logo and label under your requirments if you need OEM product.Besides this ,we will do some refined processes like CNC cutting,chamfering galvanization and tapping.If you have detailed spec or drawing our production lead time is within 30-45 days.
