The adding of vanadium can refine grain of 51crv4 steel coil, reduce thermal sensitivity, improve the strength and toughness. 51crv4 steel coil has high fatigue strength and high yield ratio also. However, 51crv4 steel coil also has its shortcomings: that is poor weld ability and low cold deformation plasticity.
