904L stainless steel sheet is a type of super austenitic stainless steel, characterized by its ultra-low carbon content (C ≤ 0.02%), high nickel content (Ni: 23.00-28.00%), high chromium content (Cr: 18.00-23.00%), and a multi-alloy formulation with added copper (Cu) and molybdenum (Mo). It exhibits excellent resistance to uniform corrosion, pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, particularly standing out in strong acid, strong alkali, and high chloride ion media. Meanwhile, it possesses good hot and cold workability, weldability, and toughness, making it a high-end material choice for extreme corrosive environments. It is widely used in chemical engineering, petroleum, pharmaceutical, and other fields with strict requirements for corrosion resistance.
